   Thanks for the great customer service. I appreciate you answering the phone when i called! So rare these days with out of country who-knows-who companies. My Felix and Annie fight over this thing, and that’s the only reason for 4 stars! Should probably just buy another one, I guess.

   I wanted to let you guys know you have a first class product, service (you answer the phone!!!) and mission. I’ve ordered several for my friends over the years, and love the heather gray i just received. Goes great in my beach home, which is mid-century mod. Keep up the great work.

   I saw these on moderncat.com and they contribute to helping women on Nepal. The bed is big enough for my 17 pound cat and the felt is nice and soft.
